1 roll puff pastry into slices Mortadella
Galbanino in slices
Linseed
Sunflower
fresh mint leaves
Cane
Lime Ice cubes
Rum Tonic water
Obtain the pastry so many stars with a mold, and do the same thing with the mortadella and Galbanino. Overlap on a star of an ADI mortadella puff pastry and then one by one Galbanino and so on, once finished brushing of milk and decorate them with sunflower seeds and flax. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime preparing a mojito, put the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass with a couple of teaspoons of brown sugar and lime juice, mixing the ingredients together without treading very mint. Add ice, rum and finally, the tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with the stars.
