APPLE PUDDING with mascarpone cream and Amaretto


It all started when my mother told me the other day that he saw paintings in a very good recipe with apples, mascarpone and amaretti. He told me

Ingredients (for 12 hearts):
For the pudding:
1 kg of golden apples
50 gr. sugar
100 gr. di mandorle sgusciate
2 uova
40 gr. di amido di mais

Per la crema:
80 gr. di latte 
40 ml di liquore amaretto
5 amaretti
150 gr. di mascarpone
burro

Procedimento:
Cuocere in una casseruola la mele tagliate a spicchi con lo zucchero e mezzo bicchiere di acqua.
Allow to cool to cut into cubes.
