Best Big Green Egg Table

Il libro che mi ha veramente colpito di + in assoluto è stato "Siddharta" di Herman Hesse, in particolare la frase "Fai fiorire le ferite" che mi fa ancora venire la pelle d'oca quando la leggo......sarà because I read in a dark period of my life, maybe it really is very deep, I've got the heart!

For the pastry:
225 gr flour
80 grams of sugar

1 lemon zest

For the filling:
250gr ricotta

Prepare the pastry knead together the butter at room temperature with sugar and lemon rind until a creamy result.

Put in refrigerator for half an hour.
Meanwhile prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients together cold cream having a smooth and without lumps.
Line a mold with parchment paper and draw three quarters of the pastry with a spatula spread the filling and decorate the surface con la pasta restante (io ho fatto dei fiorellini con la spara biscotti).
Infornare a 180 gradi per 35 minuti.
