A tasty collaboration with http://www.lafabbricadellapastadigragnano.it/ begins with my favorite ingredient, the pasta! Yes, but then that pasta! That's the best ... Gragnano! Start with a format that immediately attracted me as soon as I saw the Caccavelli ... beautiful, Saporta ... huge!

For 2 people (not true! Me the most are eaten alone .. ah .. aahh)
2 Caccavelli La Fabbriìca pulp Gragnano "
2 sausages 300g Neapolitan
frijarielli
of a buffalo mozzarella
A bit of milk 1 tablespoon heavy cream 2
the wild (the town is fine, not easy for all the wild)
almonds pistachios

Boil salted water and Caccavelli cook al dente, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook in a little oil to the two wild and more than half of frijarielli with sausage crumbled, while the rest should be boiled. 1 package of surimi

Best Big Green Egg Table

Il libro che mi ha veramente colpito di + in assoluto è stato "Siddharta" di Herman Hesse, in particolare la frase "Fai fiorire le ferite" che mi fa ancora venire la pelle d'oca quando la leggo......sarà because I read in a dark period of my life, maybe it really is very deep, I've got the heart!


The recipe is very simple xkè we combine the book has a structure and a very simple story and in the composition has the flowers, call my favorite line!



For the pastry:
225 gr flour
80 grams of sugar
80 g butter 1 egg
1 lemon zest
1 teaspoon baking
A pinch of salt

For the filling:
250gr ricotta
50 grams of sugar
1 egg 1 pinch of salt
100 grams of chocolate chopped dark

Prepare the pastry knead together the butter at room temperature with sugar and lemon rind until a creamy result.
Break the egg and mix well x mixture without lumps.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and knead by hand until the mixture is not a soft ball and well-crafted.
Put in refrigerator for half an hour.
Meanwhile prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients together cold cream having a smooth and without lumps.
Line a mold with parchment paper and draw three quarters of the pastry with a spatula spread the filling and decorate the surface con la pasta restante (io ho fatto dei fiorellini con la spara biscotti).
Infornare a 180 gradi per 35 minuti.

MY FIRST CONTEST "THE COOK BOOK"



Sono quasi al raggiungimento dei 100 followers e dal 9 novembre, data del mio primo post, fino ad ora mi sembra di aver già fatto un gran bel percorso.
L'idea di un blog tutto mio mi ronzava spesso in testa e, pensa e ripensa, pensa e ripensa, pensa e ripensa... è nata l'idea di "Nella vita passata ero un pomodoro".
Si chiama così perché è la pura realtà: nella vita passata ero un pomodoro, so già che nella prossima sarò una splendida cantante ma il punctum dolens è in questa!!! Che cosa sono in questa vita? Forse un'attrice teatrale ed una food blogger... sì, dai! Se po fa'! Ma ritorniamo al tema iniziale. È giunto il momento del mio primo contest!


Ringrazio per il banner il mio maritozzo, è lui che sapientemente l'ha creato ed è lui che creerà anche il pdf della raccolta finale. Ringrazio invece mia sorella Serena alias Coco per la sua attività di factotumaggio (hihihihi :D)

Comincio io consigliandovi un libro che mi ha cambiato l'esistenza, prima di leggerlo (avevo circa 12 anni), non sapevo neanche chi fosse Giovanni Falcone e da qui è cominciata la mia grande passione per la lettura di libri riguardanti la mafia


Questo invece l'ho letto per caso quando avevo 14 anni, costretta a farlo dalla mia professoressa di Inglese che diceva that if he lived at the time of Oscar Wilde would have thought her to change the sexual tastes of him ... that the myth of a geek!

APPLE PUDDING with mascarpone cream and Amaretto


It all started when my mother told me the other day that he saw paintings in a very good recipe with apples, mascarpone and amaretti. He told me

Ingredients (for 12 hearts):
For the pudding:
1 kg of golden apples
50 gr. sugar
100 gr. di mandorle sgusciate
2 uova
40 gr. di amido di mais

Per la crema:
80 gr. di latte 
40 ml di liquore amaretto
5 amaretti
150 gr. di mascarpone
burro

Procedimento:
Cuocere in una casseruola la mele tagliate a spicchi con lo zucchero e mezzo bicchiere di acqua.
Allow to cool to cut into cubes.
