QUICHE BACON, AND ZUCCHINI PROVOLA

I've written and deleted this post about 30 times. Firstly because they are undecided about which recipe post, and I want to talk because of my love baby Alessandro, who yesterday completed a year. The reality is that they are a bit 'reluctant to talk about my private matters. I know this is strange for a blogger who in theory should have a strong propensity to write. But today I am so! Perhaps it is the tiredness that I carry around since yesterday? 45 guests in my living room: antipasti, pasta, vegetables, fruit cake and end with Garfield (the latter, however, I bought it: D).

QUICHE LORRAINE made in the mold opening line of sweet PEDRINI .

Ingredients:
pasta brisa
two zucchini
200 gr. bacon braised
200 gr. provola spicy
200 ml cream 3 eggs
salt pepper
nutmeg

Procedure:
In a nonstick pan put a little oil olive oil and cook the zucchini and bacon, pulling a little 'white wine. Season with salt and pepper.
brisè roll the dough into the mold and prick with a fork. Put the zucchini and bacon, provolone spicy chopped roughly.
In a bowl beat eggs and combine them with the cream and nutmeg, then add them into the mold.
Infornarlo a 150° per circa 20 minuti.
