NEW STYLE LASAGNA VEGETARIAN SPICY CURRY, but goodness' of vegetables!

Finally my cuginotta Viviana from London City for the holidays has come down to us in Salento!
For those few who still do not know that she is a vegetarian, and every time we try a whim to find her dishes to the occasion!
This New Year I have therefore prepared this lasagna.
Like whenever I cook something vegetarian (that portion for us carnivores eat meat with a thousand doors) is always the case that you must divide your plate with all of us who look with the burr at the mouth .. . Porelli! Effective in his dishes are always so attractive precisely because, when they were preparing it, we put the soul.
For this recipe I will not set the amount because, like most of the time I cook, I tend to go by eye, especially in this case is that portion! The important thing is to give you a new idea if you've never done it! : D

Ingredients:
Lasagne
smoked diced
artichokes
zucchini
mushrooms
oil
garlic
onion
curry
pepper
salt
extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:
Place in a pan the extra virgin olive oil with garlic and onion and saute just leave and then put the artichokes, zucchini, mushrooms.

Then add a little 'white wine, curry, pepper and salt (if necessary add some hot water).
Quench the fire add the sauce.
In a pan greased with a little 'oil put a layer of lasagna, vegetables and smoked cheese cubes.
Repeat two more times.

Add a little 'milk to make the lasagna from drying.
Put in oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
